Client Service
Within our institutional business client service is segmented into support for plan sponsors and support for plan participants. Each group has very different and complex needs. We have outlined our approach below.
With respect to the plan sponsors our primary goal is to help reduce the burden of understanding and complying with their fiduciary responsibilities. Additionally, we strive create one point of contact in connection with supporting professionals, such as record keepers and third party administrators. This helps to reduce confusion and enhances integration.
Our main goal is to educate plan participants about investing and plan dynamics. We accomplish this through bi-annual group meetings or with each individual on an as needed basis. An excellent example of educational support can be found on our 401K website www.lam401k.com under education center. |
